At CRG Mexico, we are seeking a skilled AIOps Automation Developer Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve incident response. You will design, implement, and optimize automation solutions to streamline IT operations and improve service reliability.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AIOps, automation engineering, or related roles.
• Certifications in AIOps, ITIL, or relevant technologies.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Java).
• Familiarity with AIOps platforms (e.g., Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and monitoring tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
